[1]               In consequence of the ruling we delivered earlier this morning on the motion for recusal of Justice M. Burhan, the quorum on the bench has now been reduced to two Judges.  The parties and the bench prefer to have at least three Judges on the panel to hear the petition so as to avert the possibility of any tie at the end of the day.  Therefore, we refer the case to the Honorable Chief Justice for assigning another Judge for replacing the outgoing Judge.

[2]               Since we are going to consolidate the present case with CP 02 of 2014, His Lordship the Chief Justice may consider Honorable Justice Dodin for replacement as he is the third Judge in the other case CP 02 of 2014 as well.

[3]               The case is to be mentioned on the 29^th of July 2014 at 9 a.m.
