Judgment by Consent

[1]               Upon consent of parties we hereby enter judgment as per the terms and conditions contained in the agreement dated the 15^th of July 2014, duly signed by the parties and their respect counsel.  The said agreement is marked as Exhibit P1 and filed on record. 

[2]               Judgment by consent (partial) is entered accordingly.
