Judiciary of Seychelles' Annual Report 2019-2020 and the Strategic Plan 2021-2025 now available

The Chief Justice Rony Govinden refers to the Judiciary of Seychelles' latest Annual Report in his reopening of the courts speech for statistics on the amount of cases completed last year and the Judiciary's many achievements and milestones. View the Annual Report for 2019-2020 here.

 

The Judiciary’s latest Strategic Plan can now also be accessed via this link. It covers the period 2021-2025 and seeks to build upon and review that previous plan, which was the Vision 2020. The Judiciary has kept the eight strategic pillars, consisting of the core foundational pillars, which have been broken down into specific goals assigned to specific departments with deliverables set over a specific time frame. These goals have been designed by the departments themselves with the awareness of their existing shortcomings and the need for improvements
