In full and final settlement of all matters and issues raised by the parties in this case, the parties have irrevocably agree as follows:

1.         The sum of Euro Twenty Thousand (€20,000) (hereinafter the money) presently exhibited as Exhibit P5 in Criminal case number 61 of 2013 before the Supreme Court is hereby forfeited to the 2^nd Respondent.

2.         The Petitioner, whether jointly or severally, shall not have any claim, rights or interests in the money.

3.         The parties shall bear their own costs.
