PRACTICE DIRECTION NO.1 OF 2014

RE: SUBMISSION OF HEADS OF ARGUMENTS
 

As per Rule 43 & 11(1)b of the SCAR I direct that Heads of Arguments should be submitted at the registry of the Court of Appeal at least 30 court days before Roll Call as per schedule of the sessions, failing which the hearing of the appeal which requires those heads of argument will not be heard in the session it is listed for.
