Please take note that the Board of Examiners has taken the decision to postpone the Bar Examination to November 2020. The Bar Examination will therefore not take place from 21 September 2020 – 3 October 2020, as published in the Government Gazette on 20 July 2020 under Notice No.

On 8 April 2020, by Press release, the Public Health Commissioner (Acting under regulation 7, 7C, 8, 9 and 13A of the Public Health (Infectious Disease Regulations, SI 8 of 1960) ordered that:
"[F]or a period of 21 days starting from 12:00pm of 8 April 2020 and up to 12:00 PM of 29 April 2020 subject to the exceptions and restrictions set out hereunder:
1. All persons in Seychelles, except as exempted or specified hereunder, are restricted from outdoor movement;

The Examination for Admission of Attorneys at law (the Bar Examination) in terms of section 20 of the Legal Practitioners Act will take place on 5 August - 16th August 2019. Applicants to write the Bar Examination are invited to make application to the Registrar of the Supreme Court.

Monday 5 August 2019: Paper 1: Civil Code of Seychelles and all laws to be read as part thereof
Tuesday 6 August 2019: Paper 2: Seychelles Code of Civil Procedure
The causelists for the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Magistrates court are available online at https://eservice.egov.sc/Judiciary/.
This facility allows a user to choose between the court, the date parameters and to search within the results.
The sections for the Family Tribunal and Employment Tribunal are still under construction.

The Tribunal of Inquiry found that there was no misconduct committed by Chief Justice Twomey.
